SPA FUSION CLEANSE - DAY 1

I've had an amazing first day on the Summer-Ready Body Challenge! It's a refreshing 6-week cleanse a group of us are doing to slim down in time for summer! If you'd like to join along we'd love to have you... see previous post for details!

I thought I'd document my progress during the next few weeks and share my journey with you. I'll be checking in with an update every few days.

Each week we will tackle a new goal to ensure our success! The goal for this first week is to get familiar with the SpaFusion recipes, organize the kitchen, and get rid of ALL temptation foods! That's right, it's time to detox that kitchen! Make sure to stock up on lots of fresh produce once you've cleared out the fridge!

So here's what my day looked like today...

I started off with an Apple-Strawberry Green Smoothie. I typically start the day with a green juice, but I just moved... things are a bit crazy around here. Not to worry, I managed to squeeze in a green juice later in the evening. (I'm all about leaving a little room for flexibility... no hard rules in this program!)

I also enjoyed a small bowl of Sweet-Vanilla Chia Pudding, Cucumber-Avo Soup, Strawberry-Kiwi Mint Water, Kim Chi (raw, fermented) and an apple! Looking forward to more refreshing SpaFusion recipes tomorrow!
