WHAT ARE YOU GRATEFUL FOR?

Over the holidays I spent a week in San Fransisco.  My first stop, Cafe Gratitude!  I fell in LOVE with the one in Berkeley, and for good reason!  Not only were their desserts amazing, but the atmosphere was just right.  We went back twice, it was that good!  And although I didn't get a photo of their tiramisu, it was unreal – hands down better than the real thing!  Very grateful for Cafe Gratitude, indeed ♥

TASTY HARMONY

I recently spent a few days in Fort Collins, CO where I had a chance to try out Tasty Harmony.  This place is awesome!  It's an all organic, sustainable veggie restaurant with an impressive menu.  They're known for their amazing jackfruit tacos (not raw). 

We had the Green Zinger and Refresher juice, the Rawsome Plate, and the Living Falafel Hummus Wrap... mighty good!

A DAY IN THE RAW - SOCAL

Heading up the California coast, we stopped by 118 Degrees in Costa Mesa for a refreshing light breakfast. I fell in love with their raw coconut crepes... amazing!

Next up was Santa Monica for a beautiful raw lunch at Juliano's Planet Raw. They have the most amazing freshly brewed herb/honey kombucha... beyond words!

And our final destination was Au Lac for a fabulous raw dinner by Chef Ito! While awaiting our appetizers, who do I spot walking into the restaurant? A few familiar faces including Dhrumil of Give it to me Raw, Lori Painter, and Courtney Pool. I couldn't believe it!

After some good laughs, Dhru kindly invited us to join them for dinner... an absolute highlight of the day! It's amazing how much synchronicity I see in my life when I open my heart and stay in the flow ♥

GO RAW CAFE (LAS VEGAS)

Passing through Vegas I met up with a friend over a delicious raw lunch at the Go Raw Cafe (Living Cuisine & Juice Bar).

They have a beautiful menu and a full service salad bar, so you can imagine we had ourselves a gorgeous raw feast.

We got their raw enchiladas, zucchini pasta marinara, a banana smoothie, coconut water, and a raw chocolate cheesecake. I even managed to sneak out a green juice on our way out.

The cafe has a lovely atmosphere with lots of raw food products, books, videos, supplements, and various raw food snacks. I must say, you raw foodies out in Vegas have it pretty good!

There are two Go Raw Cafe locations in the Las Vegas area. So next time you're passing through, this is definitely your one stop cafe for all your raw food needs and cravings!
