  1. I like Gary Null, his shows on pbs have haunted me for years, and it is primarily his influence that allowed me to turn to a more raw diet. His words are truthful and honest, although he is critisized for some of his products...I do not have an opinion here for I try to do without products but leave my nutrition to the foods that I actually consume not a pill or powder. That is my opinion is all and everyone is entilted to their own.

Thanks for posting this, I will refer to it more in the future.

As always, informative and useful information.

    Thanks Mila.

  2. I admire Gary Null's work very much... talk about exemplifying great health!

I have not taken any of his supplements, so I can't speak to the quality of his products.

And I agree that nutrition should come primarily through diet, although I am not entirely opposed to using supplementation to make sure all my nutrient levels are covered.

But I have to say, he must be doing something right to be so incredibly fit and healthy in his mid-60's. As a general rule, I only take advice from health experts that actually look healthy and energetic!

    Mila ;-)
